When using our online booking system, please always choose "Just Me" when booking Salt Room or Sauna sessions.  In notes you can reflect how many are in your party. The Relaxation Halotherapy Salt Room can accomodate up to 7, Salt Box up to 5 and Sauna up to 2.

Cancellation Policy- To accommodate all our guests, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible when necessary.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment and no shows may lose the entire value of their session.  Cancellations must be done via the online booking system or by calling us at 440-409-SALT (7258). Thank you for your understanding.
